Services and Rates
Purchase and sale of real property from each party:
Italy and Austria: 3% to 4%
Demerging of companies and company parts from each party:
3% of assets
Rentals:
1 (one) monthly rent rate from each party
Leasing:
10% of the annual leasing rate + 3% of the one-time lump sum fee from each party
Loans and financing:
From the applicant: 0,5%
Exchange of real property and company parts from each party, percentage of the value of the more-expensive item of property and/or company part: 2% to 3%
Appraisals and assessments:
Depending upon the effort required to make the appraisal: 0,1% – 0,4%
Levies, applications, petitions submitted to public agencies, land registry entries, as well as preparing various statements, plus expenses, taxes, and fees:
€ 80,00 to € 180,00
IF NO INTERMEDIATION HAS TAKEN PLACE:
Preparation of an irrevocable offer of sale and/or purchase promise:
€ 350,00 from the client
Preparation of a preliminary purchase agreement:
0,2% of the sales price of the property from each party
Execution of a rental agreement:
€ 250,00 from each party
Execution of a leasing agreement:
1,5% of the annual rent from each party
Registration (deposition) of legal contracts:
In addition to expenses, taxes, and fees: € 160,00
Support and assistance for notary public appointments:
0,1% of the contractual sales price from each party
Property preparation and marketing:
€ 300,00 per property
Inspection of real property, for each viewing:
Within the municipal boundaries in which our office is located: € 80,00;
Outside the municipal boundaries in which our office is located: € 100,00 to € 300,00;
Inspection (walk-throughs) of company premises: € 300,00 to € 2.000,00
Various consulting services in and outside of our offices:
€ 150,00 per consulting
Our rates are net prices, excluding Value-Added Tax.
The VAT will be included in the final invoice.
